Renowned label executive SYLVIA RHONE is reportedly getting her own boutique label as part of EPIC RECORDS, the NEW YORK POST reports. The as-yet-unnamed label will have a small staff and share a promotion department with EPIC.
RHONE, whose resume includes executive posts at MOTOWN, ELEKTRA and UMG, told the POST through a spokesperson, “I have the best of both worlds — to finally work with L.A. REID and launch my own label.”
