Cause DMX is back in jail. For real. DMX violated his parole again. One of the reasons is that he hadn’t been checking in with his P.O. like he was supposed to. But check this out, he was also cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments, and driving on a suspended license. And, Annnnnnd when they arrested him he had some coke on him. So it’s back to the Maricopa County jail for him. There’s probation revocation hearing set for November 24.
