Jessica White got into a lil’ tiff this past Saturday over a cab. But the model says she did not start the fight. White was arrested Saturday morning at 4:50 a.m. in Chelsea section of NYC after hitting the alleged victim, Vanessa Kian, in the face repeatedly and pulling her hair. White was detained for 12 hours and was charged with a misdemeanor assault and will be appearing in front of a judge on Dec. 15th. Earlier this week, the beauty hired attorney Mark Jay Heller. According to Heller, the young model was out celebrating her recent breakup with Sean Penn. White and her girls went to the corner of 10th Avenue and 17th Street to catch a cab when Kian approached her and supposedly hit the model’s shoulder. When then NY Post called Kian at her job at Enterprise Parking to get her side of the story, a receptionist for the company said Kian “didn’t want to take calls from people like you.” Then she threatened that she’d press charges of harassment if the Post called back.
